USC Dining Opens Full-Service Restaurant

Trojan Hospitality, the on-campus dining services department at the University of Southern California (USC), has opened McKay’s, a new restaurant concept in the USC Radisson Hotel just steps from the school’s new Galen Center arena and a few blocks from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where the football team plays its home games. Named for legendary USC football coach John McKay, McKay’s is intended to draw diners from the crowds going to and from games, as well as from those without tickets.
