Dining Cart Gives Patients Meal Flexibility at NJ Hospital

Somerset (NJ) Medical Center has launched a bedside dining program that serves patients meals of their choice from a café-style cart, reports the Somerset Reporter. Piloted in the Medical Center’s John and Mary Obzansky Pavilion, the program lets staffers deliver meals to patient rooms straight from a cart that goes directly to the wards.
