RA, Celeb Chef Ed Brown in Partnership

Celebrity chef Ed Brown will serve as consulting chef to Restaurant Associates for its corporate dining and cultural center accounts. Brown spent much of his career with RA, starting in 1990 when he helped the company open the landmark Tropica restaurant in the MetLife Building. He went on to oversee all the company’s culinary programs at MetLife and also served as executive chef at the Sea Grill restaurant in the Rockefeller Center for 14 years before leaving earlier this year to open his own restaurant, eighty one, on New York’s Upper West Side.
