Organic To Go has opened its first branded grab & go location franchise in the San Diego International Airport. The nation's first fast-casual café chain to be certified as an organic retailer by the USDA, Organic To Go offers fresh, organic menu options and vegetarian alternatives to passengers looking for in-flight meals as airlines pull back from complimentary foodservice on flights.
