Dayton Schools Votes to Outsource

The school board of Dayton (OH) Public Schools has voted to bid out its foodservice program, which is currently self-operated, reports the Dayton Daily News. The 10,000-student district aims to use the move to close a program deficit that ran to $1.4 million last year.
