Aramark Program Encourages B&I Disposables Reduction

Aramark Business Dining unveiled reusable Grab and Go Green bags on Earth Day, April 18 in order to prompt more waste-reducing practices by customers in its B&I operations. “Our proprietary research indicated that a large number of our customers said they ate at their desk when staying inside their building,” says the unit’s executive vice president, Gary Crompton. “We knew we needed to create a green alternative to the take-out trays our guests like to use.
