App State Opens New Dining Venue

After three years and $29 million, Appalachian State University has opened its new Welborn Cafeteria Central Dining Facility, reports the Appalachian. The new venue retains all the stations that were popular in the dining hall it replaces, including Tex-Mex favorite Habanero’s, but also adds some new options such as Rivers Street Grille.
