Onsite Chefs Lauded at ACF Gathering

Among the award winners and honorees at the recent National Conference of the American Culinary Federation were a number of chefs from onsite foodservice operations. Thomas Yanisko, CEC, CCA, AAC, who is director of nutrition and foodservice for Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ, won the True Spirit Award for his efforts to aid children.
