Turkey with Herbed Hash and Egg

INGREDIENTS:4 oz. cooked turkey, diced 4 oz. red potatoes, diced or shredded ½ oz. sweet red pepper, chopped ½ oz. sweet green pepper, chopped ½ oz. red onion, chopped ½ tsp. fresh garlic, minced ¼ tsp. dried thyme 1 Tbsp. butter 1 large eggDIRECTIONS:Toss turkey, potatoes, peppers, onion, garlic and thyme together in a medium bowl.
