International interest continuesto build in SIAL, the international food exhibition that will take place at the Paris-Nord Exhibition Center on October 22-26, 2006. With 5,256 exhibitors from 100 different countries, SIAL organizers expect 136,000 visitors, over half of them international (that is up 15% from 2004 show figures, with countries like Japan, China, Argentina and Brazil expanding their participation, notably in the meat category.)
